- 8/2/2019, Beautiful Friday Morning, I called several septic companies for estimates on septic tank clean out. While on phone with another company I received a call from Jason of Pro-Septic around 10:00 AM.I returned his call and I explained about the minor flood of shower water in basement ( have an open drain pipe for water softening equipment and washing machine to empty into that backed up). It's been 3 years since last clean out. He said he would send his crew right over as soon as they finished present job. They were here in less than one hour, took a look and saw what needed to be done. Tank definitly needed pumping out and drain pipe unclogging. They were so quick and got us working again. - The owner of the company just left my house. He did great work at a reasonable price and he's the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. This is the go to company for septic tank services. He located my tank, pumped it out and blew out the line after discovering a blockage and all this in 92 degree weather! - I am a new homeowner called to get our septic tank pumped since old owner wasn't sure the last time it was done. Called Proseptic because it came recommend. I called and left a voice mail. I got a call back within a couple hours. We set everything up over the phone. I think the person that I spoke to was Jay. I was given a window between 8a and 9a. The guys arrived right at 8a. It was snowing that morning with the temp being about 40°. Both of the guys who arrived were very professional and friendly. Even with the weather being as miserable as it was. They explained things that I had questions on and offered service that would prevent expensive repairs in the future. - Pro Septic, owner Jason and his crew went above and beyond to clear the septic field. Jason quickly returned my phone call, they showed up equipped on the same day at the time they told me. Within 2 minutes of meeting me in pouring rain, found tanks, box and field and found the leaks. 1 of his guys literally hand pulled rotting roots of the pipes and they were able to spray them clean. - Had Pro septic come out after someone else told me I needed to replace my septic fields for no reason. They came out did a full inspection and free estimate. Found the problem and fixed it right away. They told me my fields were perfectly fine when they other company told me it was about an $11,000 job. They fixed my distribution box which the other company didn't even uncover and found and fixed the problem for $1,100 (big difference). Pro-Septic and the owner Jason were professional and honest.
